Practices are held weekdays on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 3525 Norwood Ave, Sacramento, CA 95838.
This season athletes will get to keep their home jersey with name underpad and a bag with patches of accomplishments. All athletes will receive a trophy, photos and an end-of-season Banquet.
